The FdA element integrates academic and work-based learning through close collaboration between employers and other organisations providing related services. The programme will provide students pathways for lifelong learning and the opportunity to progress to other qualifications.

This Foundation Degree programme has been designed to meet the needs of the local employment market but also that reflect national and international employment needs.

This programme is designed and directed at individuals who wish to pursue a career in Law, but do not wish to study with the progressional aim of qualifying as a solicitor or barrister via a traditional academic route. This course enables learners to not only gain an academic Law Foundation Degree, but also gain a professional diploma as a Legal Executive

FdA in Law and Practice.

The content is mapped to the CILEx Level 3 in Law and Practice which means successful completion of the FdA also leads to exemptions of this qualification and progression directly to CILEx Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice Qualification.
