Our FdA in Professional Accounting Practice is a unique programme which offers you the chance to achieve not only a Foundation Degree in Accounting Management but also an AAT level 3 and level 4 Diploma in Accounting.

This 2 year (240 credit) FdA Programme is delivered through flexible on-line learning, activities, resources & assessments to enable you to successfully complete your course.

NCG on-line also enables you and your tutors to actively take part in real time conversations, listen to and view recorded lectures and take part in live question and answer sessions.

You will be supported throughout your learner journey by a dedicated Personnel On-Line Lecturer and will have the opportunity to regularly interact with fellow students.

You will not need to travel to attend any classes; studying is carried out entirely on-line and your programme of study can fit around your work and personal commitments. Whilst it is not an essential requirement of our on-line courses, we do include 6 residential events per year.

A recent report in 2013 from the Association of Professional Staffing companies (APSCo) has revealed a 7.5% rise in demand for accounting and finance professionals over the last year, a figure they predict will rise in the future According to the data, vacancies in the accounting industry are increasing by around 3% a month.


Candidates must have one of the following:

  • A full A-Level Qualification
  • Level 3 (QCF) BTEC National Diploma in a suitable finance or accounting related area. E.g. AAT Level 2 etc.
  • Relevant previous work experience
  • If English is not your first language you will also need an IELTS score of 5.5 or above.


£ 4,500.00 per year (2 years)
